The Knot Magazine Feature - Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland Weddings

Rielle and Bobby’s beautiful Washington DC wedding is featured in the Fall issue of The Knot Virginia, Maryland, DC magazine.  Rielle and Bobby’s reception took place at the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts.  Their wedding was also featured as the wedding of the week on The Knot. Amherst Media Book Feature - The Art of Posing by Lou Jacobs

I’m so excited to share this!!

The project of putting together this book started almost a year and a half ago and other than a brief mention of it on my website I’ve been pretty quiet about it.  Finally, after much anticipation and draft after draft of hard work the book is in print.  The book is titled The Art of Posing: Techniques for Digital Portrait Photographers, written by Lou Jacobs and published by Amherst Media.

The book features ten acclaimed photographers, describing their portrait posing and business approaches in ten dedicated chapters.  I was honored to have been included as one of the ten featured photographers.  My chapter includes black and white film portraits of children and families (all shot in Bangkok, Thailand) and lots and lots of great tips.  The other photographers featured have their fill to offer, creating a great resource for people interested in this stuff.
