Welcome! I’m Angela Stott, a photographer based in the Southeastern US (and Southeast Asia in Bangkok, Thailand at intervals) and this is my blog.

I’m granted the honor of photographing many beautiful weddings, couples, families and children who entrust me to make artful records of the special moments in their lives. I have such an amazing job and I’m grateful for the passion I have for my work.

I’m also a mother and a native of NC. We moved back from distant places in 2007 to be near family and we are loving the Southern life again.

The Knot Magazine Feature - Washington DC, Virginia and Maryland Weddings

Rielle and Bobby’s beautiful Washington DC wedding is featured in the Fall issue of The Knot Virginia, Maryland, DC magazine. Rielle and Bobby’s reception took place at the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts. Their wedding was also featured as the wedding of the week on The Knot. You can visit the slideshow of that feature here. The Knot: featured in the DC / maryland / virginia spring issue

I’m in The Knot! I just received the Spring issue of the DC/Maryland/Virginia The Knot magazine. The beautiful wedding I photographed of Sarah and Lance at Berry Hill Estate is in it.
